20-Who is Going to Hug Mom? (Chelsea's postpartum depression situation)

Maternal mental health is often overlooked or ignored despite the advances in “normalizing” mental health in general.  Mental health disorders affecting the perinatal or postpartum period are in fact more common than recognized.  Without treatment or support, these cases can result in devastating and shattering events.  Join us as Chelsea bravely shares her experience with severe postpartum depression.  If you are looking for support, contact Postpartum Support International at 1-800-944-4773.  If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.
